Transparency
Transparency and Credentials
Sforza Private Office operates with complete transparency. We publish our conflict of interest policy, our regulatory credentials, and how we handle our clients' data.
Conflict of Interest Policy
When representing the seller
Sforza acts as a sales mediator when engaged by the owner or developer. In this capacity, we advocate for the seller's interests during negotiations. This relationship is disclosed to the buyer from the first point of contact.
When representing the buyer
Sforza acts as an exclusive buyer representative when specifically engaged to do so. In this capacity, we advocate for the buyer's interests—including price negotiation, due diligence, and asset selection. This relationship is disclosed to the seller.
Absolute Rule
Sforza never represents both the seller and the buyer in the same transaction. Should any situation arise where dual representation might be considered, Sforza will decline one of the parties and recommend independent representation.
